Your U.S. plans.
A closer connection.

For a family coming together, an employment opportunity, or the next step in an existing case—start with a conversation about your U.S. immigration goals.

U.S. immigration · Vietnam + United States

U.S. immigration counsel, with Vietnam in view.

When your plans involve both Vietnam and the United States, it helps to have a team you can speak with comfortably. Jade Law Group welcomes immigration inquiries from clients in either country.

We discuss your goals, your immigration history, and the people or employer involved. From there, we can review the matter, explain the proposed scope of work, and plan the next steps.

What would you like to discuss?

  • Family-based and marriage immigration
  • Fiancé or fiancée matters
  • L-1 business transfers and EB-3 employment immigration
  • Consular processing and existing case questions

Meet in Ho Chi Minh City. Connect from anywhere.

Request an appointment at The Galleria in Thủ Thiêm, or a video or phone conversation. Choose Vietnamese, English, Spanish, or Chinese and include your time zone.

Support for Vietnam clients

Start with your goals—not a stack of forms.

Tell us whether you are in Vietnam or the United States, whether a family member or employer is involved, and if you have received any official notice. Keep identifying documents and sensitive information out of your initial email.

A simple way to begin

01

Tell us where you are.

Share your country, preferred language, and a short description of the matter. Include your availability and time zone.

02

Choose a conversation.

Request a meeting in Ho Chi Minh City, Portland, or Happy Valley—or a video or phone consultation. We’ll confirm the arrangements.

03

Understand the next step.

We review the fit and potential conflicts, then discuss the scope, fees, and information needed if we move forward together.

Start from where you are

Wherever you are,
let’s talk.

Tell us your location, the matter you need help with, and a good time to reach you. We’ll arrange the next conversation together.

A connection made simpler

Your questions.
A clear starting point.

Can I work with Jade Law Group while living in Vietnam?

Yes. We welcome inquiries about business consultation for U.S. and Vietnam market entry and exit, U.S. immigration, and Oregon legal matters. Tell us where you are based and the kind of help you need. Australian subclass 482 visa inquiries are also welcome through our collaboration with an Australian firm.

Do you offer video or phone consultations?

You can request a video or phone consultation whether you are in Vietnam, Oregon, or elsewhere. Include your time zone and availability; our team will confirm the arrangements.

Which languages can I use?

Our team speaks English, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Chinese. Choose your preferred language in the inquiry form.

Does sending an inquiry make me a client?

An inquiry alone does not create an attorney–client relationship. We review the matter and potential conflicts, then discuss whether the firm can represent you. Please keep your initial inquiry brief and nonconfidential.
